Refund and cancellation policy

Donations to Apni Sakhi Foundation are used quickly for programme work, so they are generally not refundable. We will refund a donation made in error, for example a duplicate payment or a wrong amount.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 7 days of the donation with your name, the date, the amount and the payment reference. Phone or WhatsApp: +91 70424 40061.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Any 80G receipt issued for the refunded amount will be cancelled.
Monthly donations
You can cancel a monthly donation at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future payments; past payments are not refunded except in the cases above.
